Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To accommodate any issues with fit, MISS MADEL will accept for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. If the shoebox is damaged, additional USD $10 will be charged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as clearance items, gift cards cannot be returned. 

Please be aware that your return will directly ship to our warehouse in Malaysia. Hence, return may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches Malaysia. As MISS MADEL has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to our warehouse.

Send via courier service that is trackable for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
